We aim to deliver with speed and quality, but we understand concerns may arise.

Refund Eligibility

  • If work has not started, a full refund will be issued

  • If scope is approved and work has started, only partial refunds will be considered

  • If scope is locked and delivery is due within 24 hours, refund is not applicable

Case-by-case Reviews

We honor fair requests in situations such as:

  • Clear scope mismatch

  • Delivery missed the committed timeline by over 48 hours

  • Deliverables are broken/incomplete despite agreement

Refund requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery via we@vlca.no. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
