Refund Eligibility
If work has not started, a full refund will be issued
If scope is approved and work has started, only partial refunds will be considered
If scope is locked and delivery is due within 24 hours, refund is not applicable
Case-by-case Reviews
We honor fair requests in situations such as:
Clear scope mismatch
Delivery missed the committed timeline by over 48 hours
Deliverables are broken/incomplete despite agreement
Refund requests must be made within 3 business days of delivery via we@vlca.no. Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to process.
